Brand Awareness – Aligning with the Hospital’s strategic objectives, the role involves analyzing market trends and developing annual brand and marketing initiatives by evaluating potential partnerships, monitoring competitive activities, and identifying key hospital performance indicators to strengthen brand recognition. Additionally, the position contributes to brand enhancement by establishing crisis management plans and defining image benchmarks. To further elevate brand visibility, the role includes identifying corporate social responsibility initiatives for quarterly execution by the hospital.
The Brand Manager is tasked with upholding brand consistency by thoroughly reviewing all hospital documents prior to their release. They will spearhead the creation of all hospital communication materials, ensuring not only adherence to brand standards but also enhanced visibility through the consistent production of engaging content for marketing purposes.
The brand manager collaborates closely with various hospital departments to deliver comprehensive communication solutions, including the development of patient educational materials, editorial refinement and reorganization of documents, as well as the creation and provision of signage and branded materials.

Requires a minimum of three years of professional experience in public relations and marketing, coupled with a proven track record in team leadership.
