The Global Recruitment Intern will join our Global Recruitment Team and provide assistance to the Operations subteam. Reporting to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, the intern will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the global team.
Responsibilities
You will perform recurring responsibilities to maintain seamless recruitment operations with high accuracy.
You will manage the end-to-end candidate screening and selection process, from application review to final hiring decision, while delivering exceptional customer service to every applicant. Additionally, you will take pride in meticulously perfecting every aspect of the process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
You will oversee the candidate database through our Applicant Tracking System, monitoring applications and evaluating data to enhance operational efficiency.
In partnership with your manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of enhancement initiatives within our recruitment systems, leveraging data-driven insights to drive impactful outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field is essential. Candidate must possess at least three years of professional experience in IT infrastructure support, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting network, server, and cloud-based issues. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is required. Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V, as well as cloud services such as AWS or Azure, is necessary. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment are critical. Strong communication skills for delivering technical support and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also mandatory.
A relevant Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required for this position.
Must have:
Seeking candidates with a minimum of six months to one year of hands-on experience in recruitment or a closely related human resources capacity.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is considered advantageous, though not mandatory.
You possess a strong foundation in data analysis, capable of identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from datasets.
Proficiency in utilizing Excel or Google Sheets, including the creation and management of trackers, is essential for this role.
