Responsibilities:

Help translate innovative concepts into tangible deliverables by guiding them through each phase of development, from initial brainstorming to final execution.
Analyze market trends, evaluate competitor actions, and assess audience dynamics to enhance the effectiveness of our promotional initiatives.
Provides assistance in organizing and executing photo and video production sessions for brand and product campaigns, offering hands-on support throughout the shoot day.
Examine social media and digital performance metrics to extract actionable insights that enhance our effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives with commercial strategies.
Assist in the management and upkeep of content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Monitor emerging trends and innovative concepts, then relay them back to the team for consideration.
