We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patrons and offering knowledgeable product guidance.
To consistently achieve and surpass both individual daily and monthly sales targets, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding established sales goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
Convene product demonstrations, perform shade matching, and conduct brief skin consultations.
Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring the store remains clean and organized, adhering to display guidelines and maintaining tester hygiene standards.
Track inventory quantities and assist with stock counts and procurement requests.
Prepare and submit daily sales and closing reports punctually.
Provide assistance with in-store events and brand activations.
