A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with advanced certifications or specialized training considered advantageous. Experience with industry-specific software or tools, as well as a commitment to continuous professional development, are key requirements. The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality is critical.

Candidates must possess a Diploma in a field directly related to business studies.

Obtain a minimum grade of C plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or its equivalent.

Identifying prospective customer leads from diverse channels and platforms constitutes a key responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities include educating prospective customers about the features of BIAS Kenya Limited’s diverse product offerings while ensuring alignment with specified product attributes and adherence to fair treatment principles.

Assisting customers in completing application forms accurately for the specific products they intend to buy.

The team meticulously evaluates customer-submitted applications and accompanying documentation to ensure all details are correct and complete.

Authentication of customer details involves verifying the accuracy of original documents by cross-referencing them with the submitted photocopies, such as National IDs and passports, to ensure consistency and legitimacy.

Submit fully processed applications to the appropriate Branch Manager and/or designated loan officer for final review and approval.

Engage in proactive customer outreach to identify and present additional products that align with their specific requirements and preferences.

Responsible for maintaining secure custody of customer documents entrusted to their care.

Relay any customer feedback or complaints received to the appropriate Branch Manager for review and resolution.

By collecting and analyzing firsthand information, we ensure that leadership has the most accurate and relevant details to inform strategic decisions and enhance product development efforts. This role bridges the gap between frontline observations and executive action, fostering a continuous feedback loop that drives innovation and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit Sales reports on a regular basis as needed.
