Job Summary

The Program Officer will advance the educational and implementation research objectives of the PEP MTCs program while spearheading institutional-level advocacy initiatives. This position is dedicated to enhancing research methodologies, fostering innovative pedagogical approaches, and securing greater funding for cardiometabolic disease (CMD) education and research within CHALK Medical Training Colleges.

A Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Research Methods, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficiency in addressing the needs of chronic mental disorders (CMDs), non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and workforce development issues specific to Kenya.
