Achieve or surpass established departmental KPIs, including material efficiency measured in kilograms per square meter, design efficiency tracked in hours per design and designs completed daily, as well as minimizing design errors to the specified percentage of each order.
Ensure adherence to agreed-upon design timelines with line managers to consistently meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is required.

Proficiency in utilizing design spreadsheets and specialized Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Proton, Master series, and Standard, is essential.
