Perform daily reconciliation of cash collections across riders, branches, and payment channels to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Monitor rider payments diligently and confirm the accuracy of all financial transactions prior to processing remittances to ensure collections are submitted promptly.

Conduct follow-ups with riders and branch offices to address outstanding balances, discrepancies, or areas where compliance may be lacking.

Provide support in computing rider remuneration and delivery-associated compensation.

Compose daily and weekly reconciliation and finance reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.

To guarantee adherence to established standards, this role requires diligent oversight of cash handling and operational finance procedures across all branch locations.

Analyze discrepancies, leakages, or process gaps and report them promptly to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

Provide assistance to finance and operations teams in conducting audits, implementing controls, and enhancing processes.

Verify operational data against platform reports and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be considered for this position. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role is essential, along with a proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools, is required, as is a strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills are non-negotiable, alongside the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and additional certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous.

Requires 1 to 3 years of professional experience within finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a comparable field.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in reconciliation or audit functions.

Individuals who exhibit meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability are highly sought after.

Proficient in handling extensive datasets and generating detailed operational reports with ease.

Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to perform data analysis, create complex spreadsheets, and automate tasks through advanced functions and formulas.

Capable of thriving in a high-pressure operational setting characterized by rapid workflows and demanding workloads.

Individuals must exhibit exceptional communication abilities and a consistent commitment to thorough follow-up.

Proficiency in logistics, delivery management, retail operations, fast-moving consumer goods, or restaurant administration is highly desirable.
