Oversee and execute the primary duties and key obligations associated with the position, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. Provide consistent support in managing core functions while contributing to team objectives and organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to address priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain efficient workflows. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.

Establish and implement cook stove production facilities while ensuring rigorous testing, adherence to quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Strengthen supply chains for both stoves and alternative fuels, with a focus on optimizing last-mile distribution networks to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

Drive the adoption of clean cooking solutions by implementing behavior change initiatives, conducting community engagement activities, and executing pilot demonstrations of various fuels and appliances to evaluate their performance, efficiency, affordability, and user acceptance.

Provide specialized technical training to artisans, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and refugee-run businesses, covering essential topics such as design principles, production techniques, safety protocols, efficiency testing methodologies, and clean energy solutions—including alternative fuels and electric cooking technologies.

Deliver tailored business coaching and capacity-building initiatives to SMEs within refugee and host communities, perform comprehensive market and consumer evaluations, pinpoint viable productive energy applications, and facilitate seamless integration into enterprise business frameworks and financial pathways.

Provide technical expertise to implement Results-Based Reimbursement (RBR) mechanisms, facilitate enterprise compliance, and develop systems for capturing, verifying, and reporting performance data in collaboration with the MEAL team.

Develop and execute monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) frameworks, while administering socio-economic, gender, and affordability assessments through structured surveys. Additionally, facilitate comprehensive reporting processes to ensure alignment with GIG and donor partner requirements.

Develop and implement digital data collection and monitoring solutions while spearheading digital innovation initiatives, such as mobile payment systems, smart metering, and remote monitoring technologies. Additionally, strengthen partner capabilities in data utilization and reporting enhancing overall project outcomes.

Offer technical guidance on environmental, gender, and social safeguards across all initiatives while ensuring adherence to relevant standards and requirements.

Document lessons learned, innovations, and best practices to generate insightful analytical knowledge products. Facilitate learning events, trainings, and workshops to bolster program learning, replication, and scale-up efforts.

Results-based Reimbursement/Financing Mechanisms specialist with advanced professional training and at least five years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing results-based financing (RBF/RBR) mechanisms, including the establishment of enterprise compliance and reporting systems.

Hold a university bachelor’s degree in Community Development or a closely related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in community liaison roles.
