The Role

As a key leadership position, this role is responsible for driving one of the company’s most critical functions: expanding Greenspoon’s customer base, fostering long-term loyalty, and maximizing customer lifetime value.

You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the growth framework across acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaigns, customer journeys, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, assortment optimization, and innovative commercial strategies that can drive the next phase of expansion.

This position demands more than mere campaign management; it requires a strategic perspective capable of analyzing the entire customer journey to identify the most significant opportunities and develop the infrastructure needed to capitalize on them.

You will oversee a cross-functional team comprising marketing analysts, designers, and promoters while collaborating extensively with product, technology, commercial, operations, finance, and customer service departments.

This position is designed to transform campaign-driven growth into a scalable, systematic operating system.

Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, delegating tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective measures. Proficiency in project management tools and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Develop and implement scalable initiatives to attract and onboard high-quality customers through diverse channels, including paid media, organic strategies, partnerships, referrals, offline engagements, and emerging growth avenues.

Own the entire post-purchase customer journey to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business. Enhance second-order conversion rates, increase 30-day engagement, boost repeat purchase frequency, reactivate inactive customers, and elevate long-term customer lifetime value.

We specialize in performance marketing, overseeing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels, and other high-potential platforms. The role involves identifying successful strategies, pinpointing underperforming areas, and reallocating resources to maximize impact.

Lifecycle marketing involves designing and optimizing customer journeys across platforms such as Breve and other tools. This includes creating welcoming sequences, second-order follow-ups, reactivation campaigns, win-back initiatives, category-specific engagements, loyalty programs, and educational content to nurture customer relationships.

Ensure the company’s offering is compelling, strategically positioned, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of various customer segments. This involves emphasizing key attributes such as convenience, product quality, health-conscious options, competitive value, promotional discounts, a comprehensive supermarket range, and category-specific advantages.

Growth analytics involves monitoring essential metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, customer retention, repeat purchase rate, second-order rate, average order value (AOV), purchase frequency, customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), campaign payback periods, churn, and reactivation efforts. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth.

Build robust testing frameworks for hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, ads, and customer messages to accelerate team learning and scale high-performing strategies effectively.

Enhance product and customer experience by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to eliminate obstacles throughout the customer journey. Focus areas include optimizing checkout processes, refining search functionality, improving app interactions, designing effective landing pages, streamlining category discovery, simplifying payment flows, and fostering repeat purchase behavior.

Identify product, category, and business line opportunities that drive assortment-led growth by attracting new customers or expanding the existing customer base. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop these opportunities into strategic campaigns and compelling offers.

Forging strategic partnerships and exploring innovative channels are key priorities, with a focus on aligning with the right customer segments while optimizing acquisition costs. Pilot testing emerging channels is essential, ensuring disciplined execution without compromising performance standards.
