Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or their equivalents.
Applicants should possess three to five years of hands-on experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or a comparable governance-related position.
Background in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing is required. Familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety protocols, and financial controls is also necessary.
Computer literacy is essential, requiring a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis techniques.
