We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our team as a Mission Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of mission-critical tasks, including real-time monitoring of systems, immediate response to anomalies, and coordination with cross-functional teams to uphold operational integrity. Responsibilities involve analyzing mission data, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols. Proficiency in relevant software tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential. A background in aerospace, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Serving as a critical member of the Human Resources team under the Regional HR Manager for East Africa, the Talent Manager is instrumental in driving the company’s expansion by identifying, nurturing, and retaining top-tier talent.

Headline responsibilities include spearheading the recruitment of senior and critical roles, alongside cultivating robust talent pipelines and implementing high-impact attraction and selection strategies.

Design and execute talent development strategies comprising learning initiatives, structured career progression plans, competency assessment frameworks, and innovative digital learning platforms.

Spearhead leadership development and succession planning initiatives by proactively identifying and cultivating high-potential employees to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.

Oversee the performance management cycle and guide managers in establishing objectives, delivering constructive feedback, and providing ongoing coaching.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and the strengthening of organizational culture, with a particular emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Drive the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies while fostering and overseeing strategic external partnerships with universities, agencies, and training providers to enhance employer branding initiatives.

Profile

A master’s degree in human resources management is required, along with a minimum of six years of professional experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Seasoned professionals with deep proficiency in talent acquisition, growth initiatives, coaching strategies, and mentorship throughout the entire talent lifecycle are strongly encouraged to apply.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders effectively, along with strong communication skills.

Proficient in workforce planning methodologies and HR analytics, with a solid grasp of data-driven approaches to optimize workforce strategies.

Capable of thriving in high-pressure and rapidly changing work settings with agility and efficiency.
