Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and sustainable development. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Support the collection of data for monitoring and evaluation purposes across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.

Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate accurate monitoring and assessment of institutional strategic objectives.

Assist with evaluating data to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.

Assist with maintaining the Reporting Matrix to accurately document and track the advancement of projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports from gathered data while monitoring the progress and effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.

Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are presented with clarity and coherence.

Handle any additional assignments or duties as may be required from time to time.

Seeking candidates with a strong background in relevant technical or professional competencies, including proficiency in specific tools, methodologies, or frameworks essential to the role. Applicants must meet the minimum educational requirements, such as a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field, along with relevant certifications where applicable. Prior to work experience in a comparable position is preferred, demonstrating the ability to perform key responsibilities effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are mandatory to succeed in this position. Familiarity with industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices is also required.

A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Analytical proficiency and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation are essential.

Proven ability to convey information effectively through both oral and written means is essential.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to prioritize and execute various responsibilities simultaneously.

Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for managing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data is highly desirable.
