We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of essential tasks and duties. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties involve overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication between departments, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in a similar role are preferred.

Develop and implement production centers for cookstoves, focusing on rigorous testing, adherence to quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strengthen the supply chains for stoves and alternative fuels while optimizing last-mile distribution to ensure efficient delivery.

Drive the adoption of clean cooking solutions by implementing behavior change campaigns, conducting community sensitization initiatives, and executing pilot demonstrations of various fuels and appliances to evaluate performance, efficiency, affordability, and user acceptance.

Provide specialized technical training to artisans, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and refugee-run businesses, covering key areas such as design, manufacturing processes, workplace safety, performance testing, and sustainable clean energy solutions—including alternative fuels and electric cooking technologies.

Offer business coaching and capacity-building services to SMEs within refugee and host communities, perform market and consumer assessments, pinpoint productive energy utilization opportunities, and facilitate integration into suitable enterprise business models and financing channels.

Offer technical expertise to facilitate the implementation of Results-Based Reimbursement (RBR) mechanisms, assist in ensuring enterprise compliance, and develop structured systems for capturing, validating, and reporting performance data in collaboration with the MEAL team.

Develop and execute monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) frameworks; administer socio-economic, gender, and affordability surveys; and facilitate structured reporting to GIG and donor partners.

Design, implement, and launch advanced digital tools for data collection and monitoring, lead pilot initiatives in digital innovation—such as mobile payment systems, smart metering solutions, and remote monitoring applications—and strengthen partner capabilities in data utilization and reporting procedures.

Provide technical expertise in environmental, gender, and social safeguards across all interventions while ensuring adherence to relevant standards and requirements.

Capture, synthesize, and disseminate lessons learned, innovations, and proven methodologies; develop analytical knowledge products; and orchestrate learning events, training sessions, and workshops to enhance program learning, replication, and expansion efforts.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a proven track record of successfully completing similar projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring project deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with advanced software tools and the capacity to adapt to evolving industry trends are also essential for this role.

A candidate holding a master’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or Mechanical/Environmental Engineering is required.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field, such as ICS, Solar for DUE, Mini Grids, alternative fuels, HTC, or digital energy applications, coupled with at least five years of hands-on experience specifically in Solar for productive use and mini grids.

A professional holding either a university bachelor’s degree or advanced training in environmental and social safeguards, as well as in gender and social inclusion, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in environmentally friendly cooking technologies.

Results-based Reimbursement/Financing Mechanisms specialist with advanced professional training and a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing results-based financing (RBF/RBR) mechanisms, with particular expertise in enterprise compliance and reporting systems.

A bachelor’s degree in Community Development or a closely related field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in community liaison roles, is required.
