What you’ll do:

In your capacity as a Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the institution, interfacing directly with families and the broader community. Central to your role will be spearheading efforts to expand student enrollment while ensuring an exceptional experience for students and parents through the following key responsibilities:

Devise and implement DISC’s student recruitment strategy spanning four campuses.

Spearhead enrollment expansion initiatives while overseeing the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Develop robust prospect pipelines by cultivating strategic alliances and conducting targeted outreach initiatives.

Facilitate and strengthen parent engagement strategies while ensuring the ongoing retention of students.

Monitor the CRM to assess admissions performance and provide management with key insights.

Spearhead the leadership and coordination of the local admissions and marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic alignment toward institutional goals.

Collaborate closely with Heads of School to align on key enrollment objectives and strategic priorities.

Strive to maintain a robust and consistent ENSO brand presence on all campuses.

We seek an accomplished professional who embodies not only expertise but also the strategic vision and interpersonal strengths necessary to expand enrollment, cultivate lasting partnerships with families, and elevate DISC’s reputation as a leading educational institution. The preferred applicant will possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related discipline offers a robust foundation for executing admissions strategies and advancing institutional growth objectives.

With a minimum of five to seven years in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management, you will play a pivotal role in expanding enrollment numbers, efficiently overseeing the admissions process, and delivering an outstanding experience to prospective families from their initial engagement through to successful enrollment.

With a demonstrated history of driving growth and conversion optimization, this role will be pivotal in reinforcing DISC’s enrollment strategy, elevating conversion rates, and advancing the school’s strategic long-term objectives.

With a strong background in team leadership and stakeholder coordination, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the admissions process, fostering collaboration between academic and operational departments, and maintaining seamless alignment across the organization.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing methodologies is essential for streamlining inquiry management, monitoring admissions metrics, and enhancing outreach and visibility via online channels.

Proficiency in analytical methods and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools are essential for evaluating performance, detecting patterns, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance admissions results.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and cultivate strong relationships is critical for interacting with prospective families, embodying the professional standards of DISC, and fostering trust among internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service with an active, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring families receive an exceptional admissions experience while addressing their needs promptly and effectively throughout the enrollment process.

A solid grasp of the Kenyan Private or International School sector is essential, as it enhances comprehension of the local environment, strengthens DISC’s market positioning, and uncovers avenues for expansion.
