Renewal notices containing the pertinent terms must be dispatched no later than 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Policy document issuance within stipulated TAT.
Provide the claims department with all necessary documents and details without delay to facilitate their processing.
Responsible for reviewing, endorsing, and overseeing the development of high-value quotes and proposals. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and strategic objectives while maintaining thorough documentation and approval processes.
Ensure retention of existing accounts
Support credit control operations by providing administrative assistance and ensuring efficient processing of financial transactions.
Responsible for managing the retention portfolio in alignment with organizational strategy.
By evaluating potential threats and performing thorough evaluations, we mitigate losses through strategic risk management and the implementation of tailored policy recommendations.
Evaluating potential risks within the portfolio that arise from client business operations, underwriting assessments, or indications of fraudulent activity.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, with the goal of achieving market penetration and driving business growth.
Evaluating new or renewal business by meticulously analyzing all relevant information to determine whether to approve, accept, or decline the application.
Proactively manage and resolve escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Driving growth through collaborative engagements with various distribution channels, insurance brokers, agents, banc assurance with enhanced service accessibility & client reach.
Engaging in discussions with clients, insurance representatives, and brokers to finalize terms regarding coverage options, pricing structures, and service provisions.
Analyzing renewal rates for both groups and individuals using customers’ background, industry, and demographic data.
Offering comprehensive support to facilitate the review, classification, and evaluation of applications with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Providing courteous and responsive assistance to customers, effectively managing complex or difficult scenarios with professionalism and confidence.
Education and Experience Required: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is essential for this role. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable, as the position involves leading a team and overseeing key initiatives. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software tools and compliance regulations is mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, or a related discipline is required for this role.
