Job Purpose

The Team Coordinator plays a vital role in collaborating with the Director of Program Delivery and the Senior Manager of Program Delivery to facilitate seamless planning, coordination, and implementation of program initiatives throughout Living Goods Kenya.

This position acts as the primary hub for coordination and communication between Strategic Projects Managers (SPMs), Senior Managers, program teams, and cross-functional departments. It guarantees the synchronization of work plans, seamless execution of activities, rigorous performance monitoring, and meticulous documentation and reporting across all implementation counties.

This role is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering clear communication, and reinforcing risk management practices while facilitating seamless cross-functional coordination to meet critical program deadlines and execute activities successfully.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance standards. Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and program-related events to ensure smooth operations and participant satisfaction.
