Job Description
To guarantee that renewal notices containing the correct terms are dispatched 60 days prior to the renewal deadline.
Issuance of policy documents must be completed within the established turnaround time.
Provide the claims department with the necessary documents and details promptly to support their operations.
Review, authorize, and oversee high-value quotations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and client requirements.
Maintain current client relationships to foster sustained account stability and minimize turnover.
Assist with credit control activities to ensure timely collections and accurate account management, supporting the finance team in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing overdue accounts.
Managing the retention portfolio in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Controlling loss by assessing risk, conducting analysis and recommending policy solutions
Assessing portfolio risks stemming from the client’s operational activities, underwriting evaluations, or potential fraud exposures.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with market penetration and business growth objectives.
Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine whether to approve, renew, or decline new or existing business applications, ensuring all available information is meticulously evaluated.
Address customer escalations promptly and effectively to resolve concerns before they intensify, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and strong ownership of the resolution process.
By fostering collaborative partnerships with diverse distribution channels—including insurance brokers, agents, and bancassurance—we drive growth while expanding service accessibility and client reach.
We engage with clients, agents, and brokers to discuss and finalize terms related to coverage options, pricing, and service delivery arrangements.
Analyze both group and individual renewal rates by evaluating customers’ background, industry, and demographic data to identify key trends and insights.

Providing courteous and prompt assistance to customers, effectively managing difficult circumstances with professionalism.
Education and Experience Required: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in a related role, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience with specific technologies or methodologies, as outlined in the job posting, is also necessary.
