This role involves overseeing the Credit Pay collections process to ensure prompt and efficient recovery of outstanding debts. The Senior Credit Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and implement strategic measures to reduce delinquencies, leveraging strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated history of success in credit and collections. Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity. Lead initiatives that drive innovation, foster a culture of accountability, and promote continuous development within the team. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Lead and oversee the complete Credit Pay collections lifecycle, from initiation to resolution, while tracking delinquencies and devising strategic collection approaches to mitigate risk and optimize recovery outcomes.
Assess customer creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits in partnership with the credit analysis team.
Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure transparent communication and promptly address any payment-related concerns.
Analyze customer accounts to detect emerging patterns, assess debt recovery performance, and propose strategic improvements that reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate across sales, customer service, and other pertinent departments to manage client inquiries and accelerate the resolution of any disputes.
Leverage strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to establish payment commitments and resolve disputes in a mutually acceptable manner.
Compile and deliver periodic reports to management that detail collection activities, aging analysis, and key performance indicators.
Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and established guidelines within credit and collections to ensure current knowledge and compliance.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field is required.
Seasoned professionals with a minimum of three years of advanced experience in credit and collections, preferably in a senior or lead capacity, are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in credit risk evaluation, debt recovery methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing credit management software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
