The ideal candidate will spearhead architectural projects from inception through to final delivery, meticulously ensuring alignment between design vision, functional requirements, and construction implementation. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

Spearhead the creation of architectural concepts and oversee projects through every phase, from initial design to final implementation.
Transform client specifications into coherent, practical, and inventive design concepts.
Create comprehensive architectural drawings, detailed technical documentation, and complete construction sets, encompassing plans, sections, and specifications.
Create compelling 3D visualizations, spatial layouts, and presentation materials—including mood boards—to effectively convey design concepts.
Verify that all designs adhere to established financial constraints, project schedules, and client requirements.
Perform routine site inspections to ensure construction activities align with the approved design documentation.
Responsibilities include evaluating and authorizing shop drawings, material samples, mockups, and technical submissions for compliance and accuracy.

Job Specifications and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in architecture and interior design projects, particularly within design-build settings, you bring proven expertise to the role.
Obtaining an architectural license or professional membership represents an additional benefit for this role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Ketchup, Refit, and Archibald, as well as 3D rendering software. Strong command of Microsoft Office and project management applications.
Proficiency in building codes, design standards, and regulatory compliance requirements is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in critical areas is required, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
