Job Summary

As a Domain Consultant specializing in network security transformation, you will deliver expert technical guidance to support customers throughout their network security and zero trust initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in designing and implementing tailored technical solutions that align with the customer’s most critical business objectives. Additionally, you will champion Palo Alto Networks’ industry leadership across on-premises, cloud, and security services, reinforcing our position as a trusted cybersecurity partner for customers.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a broad spectrum of operational, strategic, and administrative tasks to ensure organizational excellence and efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to align with overarching business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to streamline workflows, resolve complex challenges, and cultivate a cohesive work environment. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct thorough assessments of team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth opportunities. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical guidelines to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and frontline employees to facilitate transparent communication and drive unified decision-making.

Conduct and facilitate customer demonstrations to effectively highlight our distinctive value proposition. Provide leadership and assistance throughout these sessions to ensure a compelling presentation of our offerings.

Responsible for conducting Technical Validation projects for prospective customers and partners, adhering to best practices to secure technical wins in designated opportunities.

Craft innovative solutions designed to enhance and streamline our customers’ security frameworks.

Document comprehensive high-level designs and critical use cases to guarantee seamless implementation and successful realization of value from Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Facilitate discussions on current industry trends and forthcoming developments in the security landscape to ensure informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

Responsible for evaluating product alignment with customer needs while emphasizing unique value propositions, ensuring offerings meet specified requirements and stand out in the marketplace.

As the primary technical liaison for Network Security, you will provide assistance and work collaboratively to address RBIs/RFPs, ensuring the appropriate positioning of Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services to guarantee correct implementation and achievement of intended value from Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Strong proficiency in Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), network security frameworks, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASE) solutions, proxy technologies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies is required.

Possesses extensive expertise in both On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
