Address technical service requests from franchises promptly and thoroughly, ensuring comprehensive solutions are delivered without delay.
Execute installations, conduct routine maintenance, and resolve technical issues for water treatment systems, as well as upgrade the infrastructure of the facilities in which they are housed.
Establish and oversee operational and quality control procedures while ensuring local operators undergo the necessary training to meet established standards.
Oversee compliance with Jib’s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements by conducting routine franchise visits and performing comprehensive quality audits.
Provide assistance to Jibuti lab personnel in gathering samples and conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, followed by implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain precise records of quality audit programs executed at franchise locations to ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct routine evaluations and assessments of quality conditions across franchises while simultaneously overseeing the execution of the Jib Quality Breach Policy.
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses for any non-conformities observed and implement both preventive and corrective measures to ensure franchises consistently uphold the most stringent quality standards.
Maintain precise records of Jib’s quality control processes, procedures, and standards, while actively proposing enhancements or new developments where applicable.
To achieve monthly objectives, consistently meet established targets while utilizing mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate progress effectively.
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program tailored to all franchises across Kenya, ensuring adherence to established schedules and protocols. Additionally, actively monitor and verify the consistent execution of the maintenance initiatives to uphold operational efficiency and minimize potential disruptions.
This role operates with significant independence and is accountable to the Production & Quality Coordinator.
Supporting Franchisees in the management and oversight of their operational teams is a key responsibility of this role.
