Reporting directly to the Constituency Returning Officer, the Voter Educator will be tasked with promoting electoral awareness and ensuring informed participation among eligible voters within the constituency. They will develop and implement targeted educational initiatives, collaborate with local stakeholders, and distribute accurate information regarding voter registration, polling procedures, and candidate profiles. Additionally, the role requires conducting outreach programs, addressing voter inquiries, and assessing community needs to enhance voter engagement and trust in the electoral process.
Candidates will be tasked with collecting and disseminating voter education materials, informational resources, communication pieces, and publicity content to relevant stakeholders.
Engage with a diverse range of state and non-state entities, including media agencies, Civil Society Organizations, Community-Based Organizations, Religious Organizations, government ministries, and key opinion shapers and influencers, to foster collaborative partnerships and strategic alliances.
Identify and collaborate with public benefit organizations that serve underrepresented populations, including women, youth, individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and ethnic minorities.

Serve as the designated representative of the Regional Office in partner-organized forums and meetings.

Assist the Returning Officer in organizing and facilitating orientation sessions for accredited voter education providers, election observers, and media practitioners.
Receive, respond to, and consolidate election-related inquiries and issues brought forward by the public.
Prepare comprehensive reports on voter education initiatives, partnership developments, and communications strategies, as well as stakeholder engagement activities, for submission to the Regional Officer for evaluation.
Upon finalizing the voter education initiative, prepare and submit a Constituency-based report to the RO for review.
Perform any additional responsibilities as designated by the Reporting Officer, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational requirements.
Compensation is offered commensurate with experience and qualifications, ensuring fair remuneration reflective of individual skill sets and professional background.
Constituency Voter Educators will receive a daily allowance of KSS. 2,000 for each day worked.
Ward-based Voter Educators will receive a daily remuneration of KSS. 1,500/-.
