A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must possess at least three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical concepts effectively.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Energy, Business, or a related field is required. Possession of a Master’s degree is desirable.
A minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors is required.
Proficiency in upstream oil and gas project or operational support is strongly preferred.
Experienced in leading project coordination efforts, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and driving business development initiatives effectively.
Agile Project Management certification, along with PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential, will be considered advantageous.
Possesses a solid grasp of essential project management methodologies, including meticulous planning, strategic scheduling, precise budgeting, and proactive risk mitigation techniques.
