We are looking for a proactive and highly reliable Travel & Events Intern to assist our Travel Coordinator in overseeing the full coordination of business travel and event logistics. Perform a wide range of duties and responsibilities encompassing critical operational functions. Execute tasks with precision to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards. Maintain responsibility for overseeing key processes while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Address challenges proactively to mitigate risks and enhance performance outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff to foster professional development and operational excellence.

Facilitate the arrangement of domestic and international flights, accommodations, visa procurement, ground transportation, and other essential travel-related logistics.

Handle the logistical coordination of events, which involves selecting and managing venues, arranging catering services, and organizing travel accommodations for attendees.

Develop and maintain accurate travel itineraries, schedules, and associated documentation to ensure seamless coordination and traveler support.

Promptly address travel-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until each matter is fully resolved.

Organize and maintain meticulous records of bookings, payments, and reports ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Collaborate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly travel reports.

Proven expertise in relevant fields and a track record of successful project delivery are essential.
