Develop and manage the organization of training programs tailored to pilots, cabin crew, and operational staff, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of all sessions.
Oversee training calendars and ensure schedules are communicated promptly and efficiently to all relevant parties.
Collaborate effectively with instructors, trainees, and external training partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with aviation authority regulations.
Maintain current and compliant records of all certifications, licenses, and recurrent training documentation.
Compile comprehensive documentation and reports specifically designed for audits and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
