Oversee category forecasting by channels and customer segments while consolidating sales inputs to contribute to the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.

Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to align and execute in-store category and brand advertising initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of results.

Diligently execute the deployment, activation, and performance monitoring of new product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns, while also conducting comprehensive post-evaluation analyses to provide actionable insights to the commercial team.

Develop and oversee the deployment of Points of Banking (POB) and Points of Sale (POS) systems within the designated categories across all markets in the Region of Africa (ROA).

Assist in the annual planning process by providing input and support.

Evaluate and manage the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities aligned to specific categories across diverse markets and channels to ensure comprehensive oversight and strategic execution.

Prepare and release designated ROA dashboards and reports spanning every category.

Develop and maintain the visibility of designated Sales Incentive Programs throughout the year to ensure ongoing awareness and engagement.
