Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing daily processes, coordinating team efforts, and implementing strategic initiatives. Lead project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

To safeguard the health and well-being of students and staff, this role involves delivering first aid, addressing minor illnesses and injuries, handling medical emergencies, administering prescribed medications, maintaining confidential medical records, and providing support to students with specialized health requirements.

To advance preventive health education, enforce infection control measures, enhance hygiene awareness, promote proper nutrition, support mental well-being, and facilitate timely referrals to external healthcare providers as needed.

Collaborating effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, healthcare providers, and public health officials, this role ensures the school maintains a secure, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.

To support the identification of potential health hazards, ensure the availability of necessary medical resources, facilitate adherence to established health protocols within the school environment, and enforce emergency response and safeguarding measures.

Leads health promotion and screening initiatives within the school environment while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of referral protocols to healthcare providers.

Educate both students and staff on essential healthy habits, including proper nutrition and hygiene practices.

The role necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in a closely related field. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline and demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to convey complex information effectively. Additionally, the position may require occasional travel or flexible working hours to meet project deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, system architecture, or a related technical discipline is necessary. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are critical. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are a must.

A recognized university or School of Nursing must confer a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Must possess an active license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on nursing experience, ideally within school, pediatric, adolescent, or community health environments.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

A dedication to upholding integrity and fostering ethical standards.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of typical developmental milestones in children and the potential health concerns associated with each stage.

Proficient in administering first aid and addressing common childhood illnesses and minor medical conditions.
