The Telesales Associate plays a key role in expanding revenue by cultivating sales opportunities and fostering strong customer connections through strategic inbound and outbound sales initiatives. Engage in proactive outreach via telephone to prospective clients, aiming to cultivate leads and expand sales prospects.

Handle customer inquiries by delivering precise details regarding products and services.

Develop and nurture robust professional connections with both potential and current clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and propose appropriate products or solutions tailored to their needs.

Consistently meet or exceed designated sales and revenue objectives as assigned.

Diligently pursue leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to enhance conversion rates.

Ensure customer records and sales activities are documented accurately within the CRM system.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Prepare and submit necessary sales activity reports according to established schedules and requirements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and enhance service delivery.

Analyze evolving market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover potential business prospects.

Maintain adherence to the company’s values, policies, and customer service benchmarks across all engagements.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, sales, communications, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

A minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in telesales, sales, business development, customer service, or another relevant commercial position is required.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to meet and exceed established sales objectives and performance benchmarks.

Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Possesses a strong grasp of sales methodologies, lead identification strategies, and client engagement practices.
