Oversee assigned operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with established policies and procedures. Execute key tasks essential to departmental success, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and actionable recommendations. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable results.

Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and other telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites.

Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and comprehensive site quality inspections on newly installed equipment and infrastructure to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.

Execute routine and remedial maintenance on telecommunications infrastructure to sustain optimal network availability and service standards.

Perform diagnostics and replace defective radio, transmission, and power equipment at tower and rooftop installations.

Engage in network optimization efforts by conducting drive tests, analyzing signal data, diagnosing faults, and implementing performance enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities include overseeing and sustaining electrical power systems, such as rectifiers, batteries, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution systems, grounding networks, and site electrical protection mechanisms.

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of on-site electrical systems to verify adherence to established electrical engineering standards and stringent safety protocols.

Perform regular inspections and upkeep on tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough evaluation of structural integrity, corrosion prevention measures, grounding system effectiveness, and overall condition assessments.

Perform comprehensive site evaluations, technical evaluations, and feasibility analyses to support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancements.

Responsible for facilitating the execution of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.

Compile maintenance reports, incident reports, acceptance documentation, and operational records with precision and punctuality.

Deliver consistent oversight, technical guidance, and coaching to assigned technicians while managing daily task distribution to optimize field performance and uphold established standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, systems engineering, or a closely related area. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary. Additionally, familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

A degree or diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is required.

A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems, or network maintenance is required.

Proficiency in installing, commissioning, and maintaining microwave radio systems as well as LTE/GSM equipment, supported by practical expertise in these areas.

Vendor certifications directly related to the position will be considered an asset.

Proficiency in fundamental electrical engineering concepts, including AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, battery technology, grounding principles, and established electrical safety protocols is required.

Valid Fall Arrest Certification with a minimum of one year remaining before expiration is required.

Seeking candidates with proven certification or training in Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, and adherence to Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DISH) regulatory standards.

Physically and medically capable of performing duties at elevated heights and in field environments is essential.
