This position plays a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining robust connections with customers, influencers, researchers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to uphold exceptional technical support standards and reinforce Tangent’s standing as a dependable solutions’ provider. Accountabilities
The incumbent will assist the SPS Business Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa in formulating and implementing the five-year strategic roadmap alongside the annual business and campaign plans.
Design, implement, and oversee technical support trials in accordance with crop and public health solutions strategies, while ensuring fiscal alignment with the SPS Business Manager.
Conduct thorough technical evaluations and strategic positioning of both new and established products by performing comprehensive assessments, such as competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis.
Facilitate dynamic technical training and engagement initiatives for customers, influencers, and partners by organizing field days, demonstration sites, workshops, and industry events to ensure impactful learning experiences.
Work in close partnership with the Territory Product Biologist, Regulatory Manager, and regulatory teams spanning key markets to harmonize development initiatives and registration objectives.
Foster and sustain a robust network comprising industry professionals, academic researchers, and key internal stakeholders to drive innovation, exchange valuable insights, and uncover emerging opportunities.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning new technologies.
