Accountabilities
The incumbent will assist the SPS Business Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa in formulating and implementing the five-year strategic roadmap alongside the annual business and campaign plans.
Design, implement, and oversee technical support trials in accordance with crop and public health solutions strategies, while ensuring fiscal alignment with the SPS Business Manager.
Conduct thorough technical evaluations and strategic positioning of both new and established products by performing comprehensive assessments, such as competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis.
Facilitate dynamic technical training and engagement initiatives for customers, influencers, and partners by organizing field days, demonstration sites, workshops, and industry events to ensure impactful learning experiences.
