Client Engagement & Adoption: Foster widespread product adoption across client accounts by championing best-practice utilization, collaborating with Sales teams to identify retention and upsell opportunities, and quantifying value delivery through engagement metrics.
Lead customers seamlessly through the onboarding and technical deployment phases, guaranteeing precise configuration for optimal performance. Evaluate and track product adoption by establishing and monitoring transparent KPIs to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
Resolve technical issues promptly, mitigate potential usage risks proactively, and evaluate satisfaction and support outcomes using structured metrics to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
Collaborate across departments with R&D and product teams to champion customer-centric solutions, disseminate proven methodologies, and align on unified key performance indicators that drive adoption rates and enhance overall client value.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in project management and team leadership. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is required.
Seeking a professional with a minimum of three years of full-time, hands-on experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, customer success, or account management role, preferably within the cybersecurity or network security sector.
Proficient in network security, firewall administration, cloud security principles, and the implementation of security policies.
Seeking candidates with practical expertise in setting up and managing firewall solutions across platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper, and Fortinet.
With a proven track record in customer-facing leadership roles, particularly in driving product adoption through technical expertise, you bring valuable experience to this position.
Demonstrates exceptional written and spoken communication abilities, accompanied by strong presentation and negotiation proficiencies.
