Facilitate the seamless execution of activities under the EE&CC Pillar to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.

Analyze potential areas of opportunity for Equity Bank to capitalize on in advancing its objectives related to energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and climate change mitigation.

Explore strategic collaborations within the industry to mitigate portfolio risks.

Facilitate the successful implementation of collaborative initiatives between the Social Impact department or Commercial sector and energy and environmental conservation partners.

Facilitate the implementation of collaborative projects between the Social Impact department or Commercial teams and external WASH partners.

Collaborate closely with the pillar lead to ensure projects within the sector are coordinated effectively and aligned with the Bank’s strategic objective of fostering business expansion.

Collaborating with the pillar lead and Programs Manager, you will craft project proposals and design tracking tools to facilitate precise and timely impact monitoring reports.

Facilitate and strengthen market, information, and financial linkages while actively contributing to the development of business networks within the energy ecosystem.

Facilitating strategic connections between energy partners and targeted sectors or individuals to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and facilitate ESG-related capacity-building initiatives for Equity staff, partners, and customers, ensuring active involvement and engagement in the process.
