Scope of work

Volunteers will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless execution of conference operations by contributing to multiple facets of event delivery, such as:

Provides support for registration processes and oversees guest coordination to ensure seamless event experiences.

Facilitating session coordination and maintaining accurate time management are key responsibilities of this role.

Providing leadership to attendees and facilitating their seamless movement throughout the facility.

Providing comprehensive assistance to all attendees, with particular attention to individuals with disabilities, ensures an inclusive and accommodating experience for every participant.

Providing assistance to communication and information desks, the incumbent will facilitate efficient dissemination of data and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. They will ensure seamless operations by addressing user questions, directing requests to appropriate departments, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, they will collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and uphold high standards of customer support.
