Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision. Direct cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration among departments, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement processes. Monitor key performance indicators, allocate resources efficiently, and uphold compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Enhance brand equity and drive business expansion within designated Key Accounts through strategic initiatives and effective execution.

Achieve the established sales volume, revenue, and operating income goals for the entire range of beverages and fresh produce products across assigned retail chains.

Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, finalize, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners through strategic negotiation and implementation.

To uphold demand planning accuracy, maintain optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, monitor SKU performance, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.

Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with prearranged trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to enhance brand recognition, foster consumer interaction, and ensure adherence to trade pricing guidelines.

Responsible for managing third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with a focus on conducting consistent performance assessments to uphold service excellence.

Leverage Sales Automation and CRM tools to enhance account management, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Drive the development and execution of new product listings while ensuring seamless market introductions across designated accounts.

Oversee, validate, and authorize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address complex challenges efficiently. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving industry trends is also necessary.

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration—ideally with a specialization in Marketing—or an equivalent field is required.

With a minimum of five years in sales, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, the ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise to this role.

A valid and clean driving license, accompanied by a minimum of three years of uninterrupted driving experience, is required.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, supported by a track record of effectively analyzing data and producing precise, insightful reports.
