We seek an individual who excels in systems thinking, designs and implements self-sustaining pipelines, and assumes full accountability for revenue outcomes.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3) entails taking full ownership of employer acquisition by transitioning the business development function from a reactive to a proactive model, establishing a CRM system from the ground up, and developing the operational framework required to support both local and Gulf markets.
Phase 3, commencing in Month 3, focuses on advancing the market deployment of our three AI-driven talent solutions: AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and the Visa-Sponsored Job Board.
What You’ll Do
Spearhead the complete employer acquisition process, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial outreach to final deal closure.
Develop and implement targeted outbound outreach initiatives to engage with companies currently recruiting within Kenya.
Craft and finalize retainer agreements with key clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and construction industries.
Select, configure, and oversee the company’s CRM platform, choosing from options such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
Craft and execute organized follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect.
Develop and refine the comprehensive employer onboarding process from start to finish. Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies to enhance workforce acquisition and deployment.
Prepare weekly pipeline reports and key performance indicator dashboards tailored for the CEO’s review.
Starting from the third month, the role will involve facilitating the early commercial launch of all three AI talent-related offerings.
Over the first 90 days in this role, you will focus on mastering essential responsibilities, integrating into the team, and demonstrating your ability to contribute effectively. The period will involve adapting to company processes, building relationships with colleagues, and aligning your work with organizational goals. You will receive structured guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition while identifying opportunities to add value from the outset. Performance expectations will be clearly outlined, and regular check-ins will help track progress and address any challenges promptly. By the end of this timeframe, you should exhibit competence in core tasks and show potential for growth within the position.
Month 1 involves conducting a comprehensive audit of the existing pipeline, implementing CRM configuration, compiling a meticulously curated list of 200+ target employers, and initiating outreach efforts.
Month 2 entails conducting comprehensive outreach across the entire list, successfully securing five employer clients, and identifying key targets within Gulf-based agencies.
In the third month, you will be responsible for achieving acquisition targets, implementing AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and presenting a comprehensive six-month growth strategy.

Accountable for driving and maintaining a revenue target on a weekly basis, with a strong sense of ownership over performance metrics.
A systems thinker who methodically documents existing processes, identifies inefficiencies, and designs effective solutions to address identified gaps.
Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly both in writing and verbally, with a talent for crafting compelling cold emails that consistently elicit responses.
Proficiency in recruitment, human resources technology, software-as-a-service, or business process outsourcing is advantageous.
Based in Nairobi, we require a full-time, on-site presence.
Not suitable if you require a pre-built system to operate within, favor inbound-only workflows, or are uneasy with weekly data-driven performance reviews.
