The position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of timber installation and managing the in-house team performing tasks such as timber cladding, waterproofing, ceiling work, trims, protection systems, and finishing processes.
Proficiency in exposed external timber construction and waterproofing systems is a fundamental requirement for this role.
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow execution, addressing any arising issues promptly and effectively. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
