Delivering hands-on guidance and oversight to junior field engineers regarding daily well site operations and related tasks.
Offering guidance and support to external customers and third-party well site colleagues, as needed.

To excel in this position, you will be expected to fulfill the following requirements and demonstrate proficiency in the specified duties:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technological, engineering, or mathematical discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, specifically in the capacity of a Directional Driller (DD) supervisor.
Preferred experience includes differential diagnosis (DDR).
Proficient in the execution and implementation of drilling operations and associated applications is essential for this role.
Capable of selecting the most suitable products and services for both straightforward and intricate applications.
Capable of operating effectively within a globally integrated matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling and clear presentations.
Possess strong capabilities in organization, analysis, and problem resolution.
Ability to travel as needed, including visits to rig sites, customer facilities, and attendance at meetings or training sessions, is required.
