This position is a full-time, in-person role for a Waitress at Jumbo Ruins Monsoon, situated in Mombasa County, Kenya. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, accurately recording orders, serving food and beverages, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Daily duties also encompass keeping the dining area clean and orderly, coordinating with kitchen and bar personnel, and promptly resolving guest inquiries or special requests.
Qualifications
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in customer service and communication, ensuring interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and clarity to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Individuals should have a solid understanding of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including industry standards, workflows, and best practices.
