We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in this critical position. We’re in search of an energetic and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Supervisor to direct and supervise recruitment activities. The position entails overseeing the complete hiring cycle, mentoring a team of recruiters, and guaranteeing the provision of exceptional talent that meets organizational requirements.

Oversee a range of critical duties including managing daily operations, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all projects. Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, streamline workflows, and achieve key performance indicators. Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Additionally, analyze data and metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement data-driven solutions for sustained growth and innovation.

Direct the Talent Acquisition team to consistently achieve hiring objectives and key performance indicators.

Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment initiatives, encompassing job requisition through to the offer stage.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce requirements.

Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, and spearhead ongoing enhancements to optimize hiring performance.

Deliver an exceptional candidate journey by fostering engagement and professionalism at every stage of the recruitment process.

Ensure adherence to company policies as well as all applicable local labor regulations to uphold operational integrity and legal compliance.

Deliver guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to recruiters.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Supervisor capacity or an equivalent leadership position is required.

Demonstrated success in leading and overseeing recruitment teams, with a track record of effectively guiding hiring initiatives and optimizing talent acquisition processes.

Fluent English language skills are essential for this role.

Effective leadership capabilities, exceptional communication prowess, and adept organizational talents are essential.

Demonstrated capability to thrive in a high-velocity, objective-focused work setting.

Must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or a related field (1-2 years)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline

Proven track record in high-volume or regional recruitment efforts, with a strong ability to manage and execute large-scale hiring initiatives effectively.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.

You possess robust analytical abilities and a proven track record in utilizing recruitment data to drive informed decision-making and enhance hiring strategies.
