We are in search of a meticulous SAP Procurement Specialist to provide assistance to global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of procurement operations by addressing inquiries, upholding data integrity, and facilitating system workflows, access, and vendor management.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality, including managing workflow processes, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall quality. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with organizational goals, ensuring cohesive and strategic decision-making.
Deliver prompt and effective frontline assistance for inquiries and operational challenges related to SAP procurement, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material receipts, and goods receipt/invoice receipt discrepancies.
Oversee the upkeep and accuracy of approval workflows, organizational hierarchies, and procurement data integrity.
Oversee the administration of SAP user access, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance standards.
Administer vendor master data, maintaining precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
The role involves assisting with reporting tasks, conducting data analysis, and driving continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide user training sessions and engage with international stakeholders to foster productive partnerships.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses a proven track record of relevant expertise and hands-on experience in the specified domain. The ideal applicant must demonstrate a strong proficiency in key methodologies, tools, and techniques pertinent to the role. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards and best practices is a must, along with the ability to apply them effectively in practical scenarios. Prior to work experience in similar positions at reputable organizations is highly desirable, as is a solid educational background in a related field.
SAP S/4HANA expertise in Materials Management (MM) with a focus on Procurement and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process is essential, and certification in SAP is strongly preferred.
Seasoned professionals with substantial practical expertise in providing SAP operational and system support are sought after.
Proficiency in workflow management, master data handling, and access control mechanisms is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling large volumes of inquiries and resolving technical challenges with precision and efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
