Key Accountabilities

People management

Implement robust human resources standards and strategic initiatives, oversee succession planning efforts, and cultivate the retention of pivotal talent, while maintaining a rigorous and consistent approach to performance management.

Oversee the sales team by delivering continuous, personalized coaching and training to guarantee the attainment of sales targets, enhance member retention, and strengthen member relationships.
