In this position, you will oversee the design, refinement, and implementation of Airport benefits, encompassing the new Mastercard Collection fast-track lanes and Taste of Priceless venues. You will cultivate and maintain critical partner relationships, secure new business prospects through negotiation, and guarantee smooth alignment across product, service, and operational teams. Additionally, you will be instrumental in maintaining Mastercard’s market leadership in the Travel sector by ensuring competitive positioning, pricing alignment, and distinctive differentiation.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and risk management. Monitor performance metrics, analyze key data trends, and present actionable insights to senior management to inform decision-making. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to foster growth, engagement, and retention. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements while cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Card Benefits Strategy & Development: Collaborate closely with pertinent product teams to design and implement benefits that elevate customer value while ensuring alignment with the overarching global Airport strategy.

Identify and implement strategies to enhance revenue streams by maximizing the monetization of Airport benefits.

As the central liaison for key partners, you will lead the negotiation of agreements, conduct quarterly business reviews, and track performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment and mutual success.

Ensure alignment by coordinating benefit initiatives across various card product teams, integrating them into platform roadmaps, and verifying their proper setup with operational enablers.

To facilitate a successful market entry, this role will empower Commercialization teams, B2B Marketing, and other key stakeholders with the essential tools, training, and insights required for optimizing sales performance and enhancing brand visibility.

Performance and Reporting: Monitor product KPIs, evaluate partner performance, and assess ROI to guide strategic decisions and drive ongoing enhancements.

Demonstrates strong leadership by guiding a high-performing team, providing timely feedback, mentoring members, and fostering their career growth.

A proven track record of hands-on experience in the field is required, with a minimum of [X] years ideally spent developing expertise in relevant methodologies and technologies. Seasoned professionals with at least eight years of hands-on experience in product management, strategic partnerships, or comparable roles within the payments sector, financial services industry, or travel loyalty program ecosystems are sought.

Experienced in cultivating and overseeing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, consistently achieving quantifiable business outcomes.

Proven expertise in commercial strategy with a track record of driving revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisive actions.

Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities are essential, along with demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement—particularly in global, matrix-structured organizations.

Strategically drive initiatives forward while seamlessly managing multiple complex projects within dynamic, high-pressure environments.
