Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Familiarity with [specific technologies, frameworks, or certifications, if applicable] is a plus, and prior experience in [specific industry or domain, if applicable] is highly desirable.

A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or a closely related field is required.

Requirements include a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), with at least three of those years dedicated to senior-level or leadership responsibilities within the M&E domain.

We seek candidates with a proven track record of engaging with non-profit or NGO initiatives in practical, on-the-ground environments, ideally within Kenya.

Experienced in overseeing monitoring and evaluation initiatives, with a strong ability to develop and enhance data collection and measurement frameworks.

We have a track record of assisting program teams in leveraging data to enhance learning, inform decision-making, program adjustments, and donor reporting.

Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools, including SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable software, is required.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems is required.

Seasoned in qualitative methodologies, with expertise in conducting effective interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning nuanced insights that extend beyond quantitative data analysis.

Accomplished in crafting comprehensive reports and conveying information with clarity and precision, ensuring effective dissemination of insights and findings. Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex concepts succinctly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
