Required Qualifications & Professional Background:
Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, child development, or a related discipline, from an accredited institution. Additionally, a master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred for advanced roles. Professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching—particularly in early childhood, primary, or special education—is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in implementing evidence-based teaching strategies, assessing student performance, and fostering inclusive learning environments. Experience with educational technology, data-driven instruction, and collaborative curriculum planning is highly desirable. Knowledge of relevant state or national educational standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements, is mandatory.
