Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or data analysis. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, as well as familiarity with database systems and version control tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems are essential. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms or DevOps practices is preferred but not mandatory. A Juries Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree is required for this position.
