The primary objective of this role is to fulfill the designated responsibilities effectively, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and operational needs. Responsible for ensuring adherence to outlet execution standards and achieving expansion benchmarks and objectives as outlined in the Key Accounts Plan.

The Key Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing critical strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful management of major client relationships. This role encompasses the development and execution of tailored account plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term retention. Key performance metrics, such as revenue generation, client engagement, and satisfaction scores, will be integral to the role’s success. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts and fostering sustainable business partnerships.

Expanding the business footprint while simultaneously enhancing brand equity among key accounts remains a pivotal focus.

To achieve targeted sales volumes, revenue, and operating income across all product categories—including Beverages, Canned Fruits/Vegetables, Canned Juices, Cereals, and Fresh Produce—within designated retail chains.

Developing and executing comprehensive annual business strategies for all designated key account chains is a primary responsibility.

Develop and finalize Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade Accounts through strategic discussions and negotiations.

Ensure precise demand planning by maintaining accurate stock levels across all accounts and stores for each SKU, while delivering reliable sales forecasts.

Overseeing the timely collection of accounts receivable from designated key accounts, ensuring adherence to established trading terms.

Crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to strengthen consumer brand equity and awareness, while overseeing trade pricing dynamics, forms the core of this role.

Overseeing third-party agencies responsible for merchandising and sales functions, including conducting regular performance evaluations.

Proficiency in utilizing Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is essential for this role.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the creation and management of new product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising, marketing, and supply chain, to gather necessary data and assets for each listing. Responsibilities include writing compelling product descriptions, selecting high-quality images, and optimizing listings for search visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in content management systems, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in e-commerce or retail listing management is preferred.

Compiles approval for the yearly Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in alignment with established governance protocols.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project demands are critical. Additionally, excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will fulfill the following qualifications:

A relevant university degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration—preferably with a specialization in Marketing—or an equivalent recognized qualification is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry is highly desirable.

Show a deep comprehension of essential sales functions, including order creation, fulfillment, product display strategies, and expanding customer accounts.
