Conduct regular reviews of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with company objectives. Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making and budgetary planning. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements while maintaining high ethical standards.
Serve as the primary liaison for essential account stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between the organization and key clients.
Establish and cultivate trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners to foster collaboration and alignment.
Develop and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. The ideal applicant must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience in project management or leadership is a strong advantage. Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices within the industry is also necessary.
A bachelor’s degree in Business or a comparable level of professional experience is required.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field is required.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, encompassing Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications, is required.
Skilled in both written and verbal communication with clarity and professionalism.
