JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will oversee the full lifecycle management of a designated portfolio of corporate medical schemes. This includes conducting risk evaluations, determining pricing strategies, handling renewals, and optimizing scheme profitability, as well as strengthening client and intermediary relationships to enhance retention, organic growth, and long-term portfolio vitality. The position integrates rigorous technical underwriting with proactive account management to ensure each assigned scheme is renewed competitively, serviced with excellence, and continuously monitored for sustainable loss performance.

Proficiency in Kenya’s Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) guidelines and applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance standards is required.
Proficiency in wellness program frameworks and principles of chronic disease management (CDMP) is considered advantageous.
