Monitor vehicle usage, fuel expenditure, mileage, and overall operational expenses, then develop and propose actionable strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
All vehicles must be outfitted with mandated safety equipment and adhere to all applicable statutory and institutional safety regulations.
Perform routine fleet inspections, analyze accidents and incidents, and establish corrective and preventive actions to ensure enhanced safety and compliance.
Serve as a positive representative of the institution by contributing to its marketing and public relations efforts, maintaining the professional presentation of school vehicles, and providing support for student recruitment initiatives, school events, and community engagement programs as needed.
